View over Lobos islet, one of the natural attractions of Fuerteventura

Corralejo, a small fishing village located on the northern coast of Fuerteventura Island, is known for the beauty of its golden sand beaches, and for the amazing view over the Islote de Lobos, from which it is separated by a stretch of sea of around 2 kilometres long.

Respecting the communication connections, one of the main two roads on the island connects Corralejo with Puerto del Rosario, the island capital city. It has one of the three passenger ports on the island. It is 40 kilometres from the airport and a 20-minute voyage from Lanzarote island.

The most remarkable environmental aspect of Corralejo is the clearness and richness of its seabed, an incredible attraction both for locals and visitors. On land, this village is proud to house the Corralejo Dunes Nature Park, which is a large extension of dunes with scattered malpais, which consists of thick rugged lava layers, and the Montaña Roja (Red Mountain).

In spite of its relatively small population, Corralejo is provided with every infrastructure or service desired, from facilities to practice any sport, including adventure sports, to programmed excursions to visit the most beautiful corners on the island, as well as bars, restaurants and pubs.

An enchanting village with sea taste and captivating atmosphere.
